WebspirationPRO logo

This is a welcome message for our newest resource in our Help Center, the WebspirationPRO™ Support Forum. The intention of this page is to help you navigate the forums and explain our rules for use. We promise to keep this brief, as long as you promise to read this page carefully.

Basic Information You Should Know

  • In order to post to this forum, you must be signed in to your WebspirationPRO account (trial or paid). Although anyone can read this forum, people with Webspiration Classroom accounts or people without accounts will not be able to post or respond to posts. Only people with WebspirationPRO accounts can participate.
  • We will not reveal your WebspirationPRO User Name when you post. Instead, it will say that your post came from (First name), (First initial of your last name). For example: "Sarah, H." If you are uncomfortable with this, you should not post to the forum.
  • This forum is monitored by a WebspirationPRO Moderator, so from time to time you will see answers from Forum_Moderator on the site. However, we encourage you to answer questions for each other as well.

Search Before You Post

It's likely the question you are about to ask has already been asked and answered somewhere within our forum. In order to keep from overflowing the forum, please use keywords that pertain to your question in our search box on our Support Forum main page, before posting, to make sure that your question hasn't already been asked.

Post In The Right Place

We have split our forum into sections with short descriptions on the Support Forum main page. Please do your best to post in the section that best fits your question.

Use Good Topic Titles

Titles such as "Help!" and "IM SO CONFUSED!!" are likely to get ignored because, frankly, they don’t tell us anything. To make life easier for those of us who would like to answer your question, please use a Topic Title that lets us know the topic of your question. For example, “Trouble Sharing Documents with Groups” is a good title.

Include Detailed Information

Please be as specific as possible when describing your question. This makes it much easier to answer it.

Keep It PG

Although you might be over 18 years old, the age requirement to sign up for WebspirationPRO is 13. So please, remember that there is a diverse range of ages on this site and keep your posts appropriate.

Our Rights

  • We reserve the right to shut down posts that we deem unproductive or inappropriate, at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to delete topics or posts that we deem off-topic, inappropriate, or spam. Do not spam this forum!
  • We reserve the right to edit your posts for accuracy.

Please note that deleting and editing posts is not something we plan to do a lot of. We will not do this unless we have a good reason.
