Formatting options

After you organize and arrange your diagram, you can enhance it using the formatting buttons available on the Bottom toolbar.

Click:	To:
	Select new font
	Change font size
	Bold text
	Italicize text
	Underline text
	Change text color
	Change link style
	Change arrow direction
	Change line thickness
	Select fill color
	Select line color

These formatting options are also available on the Effect menu.

To increase or decrease the size of your diagram on the screen, use the

Zoom options available on the right side of the Bottom toolbar,

as well as on the View menu.
 

Note:
A font change in one view – Diagram or Outline – also changes the font in the other view. The exception to this rule is that in Outline View all topic titles are shown in bold to adhere to traditional outlining styles.
