Using the Arrange tool
Though you can always organize your diagram by manually moving symbols and other content around, the Arrange tool automatically rearranges all content in a freeform diagram into a more structured layout.
To automatically rearrange your diagram, click the Arrange tool 
, then choose whether you want to use straight links or right angle links.
