RapidFire® tool

Using the RapidFire® tool allows you to quickly add a series of visual ideas that are connected to a symbol.

• Select the symbol to which you want to add the linked symbols or click the background of the diagram, then click  RapidFire  on the Main toolbar. The RapidFire character appears in the symbol to show you that RapidFire is turned on.

• Enter an idea, then press the Return key (Macintosh) or Enter key (Windows) after each idea. Your new ideas progress in a clockwise direction around the symbol where you started.
• To turn off RapidFire, click the RapidFire button again or click the background of the diagram.
